GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
The following general conditions apply to all reservations made through this website. Any modification must be made in writing by HOTEL TORRE DEL MAR of Ibiza. Acceptance of the reservation also implies acceptance of these General Conditions. HOTEL TORRE DEL MAR of Ibiza reserves the right to modify its general conditions at any time, without prejudice to rights previously acquired.
The CLIENT accepts as sufficient, for the purpose of choosing the establishment, the data and content provided by HOTEL TORRE DEL MAR of Ibiza and shown on this website.
Reservations will be accepted in writing by sending an email to the address provided by the CLIENT, which will include: confirmation, check-in date, check-out date, type of rooms reserved, as well as the board basis and total price of the contracted services. The CLIENT must verify the booking confirmation and immediately notify any error detected therein. Otherwise, the confirmation shall be deemed accurate and shall be considered an integral part of the reservation contract.
The reservation must comply with the services offered on the website. Any special request must be previously consulted with the reservations department and will be handled subject to availability.
CREDIT CARDS. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card for 'no-show' purposes and in accordance with the cancellation policy clauses. The Hotel will not charge the credit card at the time of booking, payment being made directly at the Hotel; except for special rates that require advance payment at the time of booking. HOTEL TORRE DEL MAR does not store credit card details in any personal data file.

Arrivals after 23:00 hrs must be communicated to the hotel by telephone on the day of arrival; otherwise, the hotel may cancel the reservation and charge the corresponding costs.
For certain dates, the Hotel may require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The execution of the hotel contract to which the reservation refers shall be carried out in accordance with the Tourism Law of the Balearic Islands and other applicable administrative regulations, insofar as they have not been expressly modified by the parties through these general contracting conditions.
The CLIENT submits to Spanish law and to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the Balearic Islands.
Any provisions regarding consumer rights shall expressly remain safeguarded in the event that the CLIENT holds such status.
By effectively requesting the reservation through the electronic means of this website, the CLIENT accepts the terms and obligations established in these GENERAL CONDITIONS.
VAT is included in the reservation price. Any other tax or fee that may accrue as a result of the stay shall be paid at the establishment.
In the case of booking Half Board, the service will consist of buffet-style breakfast and dinner (drinks not included).
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax supplement of €4.40 per person per night not included, payable directly at the hotel.
